Track Saw Track Bag From “NEW” off ebay

I just read copcarcollector’s post (he is a funny guy) and yes he does sell some odd things and I had second thoughts about this purchase but it all turned out OK so far.

onevw - It looks like a nicely made product, if I were transporting my guide rails I might get one too! Thanks for the information.

So $50 delivered... In the UK we get original Festool bags for about £35 delivered.

How much are original rail bags over there to make a $50 imported Chinese product an attractive proposition?

Festool 466357 Guide Rail Tote Bag  $101 USD currently

Are those festool bags made in the Germany? And the one I looked at in the US had no padding at all, 0.

The feedback is hilarious. I like the ideas of the bags though, heck of a lot cheaper and I have two FSK rails I'd love to keep in relative safety. Thanks for the link and post!  I'm thinking as far as woodworkers vs. guys needing a male emhance for feedback is maybe 20% to 80%! I might have to explain this one to my wife ;)

Depends on if it is to help carry & store them, or to actually protect them.
Also depends on whether the FT bags are assembled in a similar sweetshop or not. Many clothing items are from the same general places, which we do not consider important when pulling on underware or trousers.

One could always put in a plank of fiberglass or carbon fiber in the bag, but any bag is not inherently protective no matter who assembled the bag or who made the fabric...

As there are also posts about rails bending when stored , maybe it gets complicated?

I have mine in a bag on a shelf, and in the bag when moving them in the ute/truck.
For that use a bag is perfect.

I do agree about the sweetshop thing and I do my best to buy from companies who pay a living wage both in the USA and other countries. This is getting almost impossible to do. So the only solution is to change the way the MBA is trained because these current MBA’s are the real culprits.

The question is what % of MBA’s would pay there mother what they are paying many workers today. I think this would be in he 90% range because that have contracted a sickness for the bottom line.
