True Festool Representation

This is more of a let Festool know instead of a question. I have visited all of the Woodcraft and Klingspor stores in North Carolina looking at the different store setups between Franchise and corporate own. I am most familar with the store and staff at the Woodcraft in Greensboro and Klingspor in Winston Salem. This store (Greensboro Woodcraft) is the unsual of all the others. I see a most dedicated staff of associates representing total woodworking and your Festool Product Line at that location. These guys are all over the Festool Line and they make sure they highlight and introduce every customer to your product. These guys not only sell Festool, they believe in the tool also...that makes the real difference. Thought Festool may want to know who truly represents their products in the market.

Thanks for the feedback.  I'll be sure to pass this along to our regional sales manager in that area.  I've actually been to that store a number of times when I would travel to Greensboro while living in Virginia.
