TS55 E-Plus, No Guide Rail

Hello,

I ordered and received the TS55 plunge cut saw.  No guide rails were received.  I am assuming this was a shipping error.  How is the guide rail packaged normally ?

It comes in a small tube - it's inflatable.

(just kidding, of course) Mine was in a long flat cardboard box. Did you check the packing slip to see if it was backordered? I'd lob a call into your supplier.

Mine came with the guide rail packaged in a separate cardboard box.

As Norm said the guide rail is in a second flat box . I have had UPS do this before. It was a two piece shipment. I would call UPS and tell them you are short one piece. I also have had the driver come back on his own to bring the second piece.

when i got my ts 75 the guide rail came a day later.
