TS55 EBQ- where is the electronic brake?!

Ive just downsized to ts55 from ts75 due to fact all my cuts now are only 18mm.
Problem is ive noticed the electronic brake doesnt kick in at all. It did on first few cuts
but has just stopped.
Being so new,I contacted dealer,who told me on 110volt there is no brake,but my answer was
so what-mine is 240volt and I want the brake because its an ebq.
My work takes me all over England,so its not that easy to just take back for repair  because I need
tool all day long. Is there anyone out there who had same problem??

TS55 has been repaired ,so back to normal-still I cant believe im the only person to have ever had this problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i presume is new
tell the retailer that the product is defective and demand one in place of this one , they will have to give it to you or demand your money back. its your right. [wink]
