I dont find the $15 bucks offensive either. There's also probably some R&D failed prints etc. Everybody values their time differently and is free to charge accordingly. If its over priced the market will let you know. Anyone who has spent hours and hours coming up with an idea, prototyping and then making the part itself it takes time and needs to be factored. Heck the shipping will probably cost almost as much as the part. If I needed/wanted one I would pay $15 bucks without hesitation and never think twice about it.
