Hi,
I just tried my TS55 REQ for the first time, and after a couple of cuts I noticed that the blue plastic piece that permits to glide on the track without sag stayed on the track when I lifted the saw. On close inspection, I noticed that there's one broken tab on the piece, which explains why it fell off (as you can see in the attached pic). The saw is brand new. Anyone ever had such a problem with this piece? I wrote a message to Festool customer service to inquire about getting a replacement one.
Thanks.
