My 75 is pulling away from the track as I cut.  My plate is snug on the rail, and the blade is perpendicular to the plate.

Any ideas?  Or is this something I should send in?

The leading edge of your blade is facing too much out. You can fix it yourself:https://service.festoolusa.com/media/pdf/Festool-TS55REQ-Supplemental-Manual.pdf
Page 22. Toe-in adjustment. It is for TS55, but TS75 is the same. I personally don't care for the "toe-in" thing as it makes no difference. What the manual shows, however,  is how to adjust the blade relative (parallel) to the direction of saw movement by moving trunnions.

Just becasue it has a track doesn't mean it's not pulling, the saw wants to go in the direction the front of the blade is pointed.

If I drive a car and it's pulling right and I am driving perfectly straight my hands are acting as the track keeping it straight, doesn't mean its not pulling.

He is pushing the saw through a straight path where the blade is on an angle, we can all imagine it and we can all imagine the force on the person pushing that saw. It feels like the saw is pulling off the track a bit. In more severe cases some could call it binding.

I never took his statement to mean the saw rose up off the track and pulled right off the track.

I  have had a TS 55 stop dead in a 1.25" hardwood cut because of this. The TS 75 has the power to go right through. Pushing this angled blade through the straight path forced by the track creates a pulling or pushing sensation. The kerf is going to end up being too wide, rough, even burned. The front of the blade is going to be off the line to the right and the back of the blade is going to be off the line to the left, not a good scenario.

I had the exact same issue a few weeks ago and sent it in for service.  It was returned fixed.

I should add that I'm not quite sure what the cause and effect relationship was between the blade and the saw on this issue. The problem suddenly developed using one of my blades. When I switched out for another one, the problem disappeared, yet I could sense from the way the saw felt during subsequent cuts that something was not quite right - not bad enough to where the saw would track away from the rail like with the previous blade, but having gotten used to how a machine feels after 3 years using it, your hands can tell when something is amiss.

In any case, service installed a whole new base plate, and the problem has not returned.

I have it adjusted but it looks to be at an extreme angle in relation to the "body" of the saw vs the plate.  I am sending it in for repair.
