TS75 Tracksaw vibration/noises while cutting

I don't use this much but ever since I got it when cutting anything during the cut it seems to vibrate and have weird noises like it suddenly hit metal (but tried to keep going).  I know the TS55/75 has weird startup noises and non-load noise but it sounds like mine has a loose bolt or something.
It happens when I cut anything, plywood, pine, maple, mdf.  The feeling half way in my cut feels like it suddenly gets binded as if the wood releases stress and pinches the blade and it sounds like it hit something like metal.  But in plywood/mdf I shouldn't get inconsistencies.  I don't see any damage or anything obvious.
Anyone else have this?  Bad thing is, I decided to ask this just after my 3 year warranty expires but I didn't think anything was wrong because the weird noises are supposed to be normal?

There's a good chance this is just the normal growling sound from the electronics adjusting the motor speed, which can happen all throughout the cut, and not just at start-up/no-load.  Have you tried comparing the sound your saw makes to youtube clips of the saw in action.

I'm not saying there's no problem with the saw, it's just that of the multiple posts about this issue on the FOG almost all of them have just been reporting the normal saw sound.  Have you noticed any issues with cut quality?

I did notice more noises though when one of my blades got dull, which happened after a lot of MDF cutting.  Is your blade perhaps due for a sharpening?

It's not just sound, I feel it grabbing and rattling around and the cut quality shows where it happens. Like I said, it's like when you rip a board on the tablesaw and the stress pinches the blade. I get that on most cuts no matter the material and I do go slow. It's nothing serious, but my fingers tell me the rougher spot.

What about the blade sharpness? You could try swapping out for a fresh blade and see if the problem persists.

I really barely used the stock blade so I doubt it's dull at this point.  My material is all very clean and I rarely cut mdf at all.  Mostly plywood.

I'd start by pulling the blade and checking all of the contact surfaces for burrs or debris between the blade, the arbor, the clamping flange, the counter flange, etc. Also check the tightness of the bolt. I'd wipe everything clean, reassemble and then check the results.

I'd also check the blade for any chipped edges on the carbide teeth.

I thought this too at one time. I called and talked to Brent and he assured me I was babying the saw to much. Remember sometimed going slower will introduce more error than taking a nice consistent speed with the saw. After talking to him I decided just to, "give it some onion" on a piece of 8/4 white oak and the saw performed better than expected. Don't force the saw but give it some work to do and it might change your results a bit. Also another thing to remember is to make sure your track and material are not moving around at all and that you have your dust extractor on high. An abundance of dust in the housing will cause a poor cut quality I found out when I filled my extractor to the end of the hose or when I switched from sanding and forgot to turn the extractor speed back up.
