Hi everyone, I have a couple questions I'm hoping you can help me with.
1) Anyone experience this issue: Over the last week I am constantly getting a Flashing Red Light on both my chargers when I go to charge my batteries. I have tried multiple outlets, I have tried swapping the batteries between chargers. But 9 times out of 10 one or both chargers begins Flashing a Red Light.

I have reached out to the seller on Amazon (& Festool directly) I got the saw June 1st.
2) Because of this issue I noticed that the Systainer I received my saw in says #561718 despite the fact that I ordered the #561702 bundle. Should this raise flags? I received all the items but am confused by the model # discrepancy.
