TSC55 question

After taking the side plate off my tsc55 to clean out the build up of walnut shavings I noticed a small piece of metal lying amongst it and for the life of me I can't figure out what it does or where it goes, any help would be appreciated here guys. Barry.[attachimg=1]

Sorry guys I've found it, dug out my other ts55 and after a bit of searching it's clear[attachimg=1]
