I want to order some TSO products and take advantage of the discount but the website shows out of stock so I cannot buy but only receive email notification.  [sad]

How did you get in touch with Hans?  The item I wanted to buy was out of stock before the sale and is still out of stock even while being advertised as on sale.  I emailed TSO to inquire but no response yet.
 
Very rarely are all the TSO products I want to purchase are in stock all at the same time.  I don't want to piecemeal my order due to the loss of favorable combo pricing but without the ability to purchase items and have out of stock products backordered I continue to not pull the trigger.  TSO, please allow us the opportunity to purchase your products on one order.  Its frustrating when I have to beg someone to let me give them money.
 
I have some TSO products and love them but completely agree with that. The shipping costs are super high at TSO. Combined with the fact that a lot of things are regularly out of stock and I can't backorder them is a little annoying...

Shipping is free over $100 but if the items aren’t in stock then there’s nothing to ship. I hope Hans [member=61691]TSO_Products[/member] is available before the sales over to help us understand why the sale prices on out of stock items.
 
Jut send Hans an email and he will take care of your situation.  [smile]

He may not answer you lickety-split, but he will reply to your email.
 
I had his number at one point but lost it and wouldn’t want to call him on his personal phone without notice. I’m not sure why I lost most of my emails with him but thought it said they’d be back in the office Monday which the sale still runs through ... fingers crossed.
 
Hi Guys,  every single item listed for black friday sale is in stock and allows you to add to cart. May be clear your browser cache and try again? Soon after you make your payment and complete the transaction you get an email to confirm your purchase. 
 
Bugsy...step away from the sugar... [big grin]...if you send Hans an email he will answer it and even if his reply is outside of the discount window...he's a man of his word and will honor it, guaranteed.

From a business point of view, he has nothing to gain by short-sheeting potential customers.

I was looking specifically at the GRS Ultimate and 30/50 TPG both which would not allow me to add to the cart. I could probably live without the systainer and the GRS combo is available but I’d rather not having it getting banged up so figured the systainer may be the better way to go; however, I’d still be stuck waiting on the TPG’s.

And I’m also looking at Parf Guide and MTR Triangle but not sure yet on the Triangle vs 26” WoodPeckers Square ... [wink]

 
I tried it just now again.  I'm able to add it to cart see pic attached. May be try from another browser? or from your phone?
Hands down go with the mtr. It has both imperial and metric and is designed to work with the 20mm system like the mft top.

That’s not the ultimate but the combo which I was going to settle for if I had to so I didn’t lose the discount on the Ultimate which has the fancy Blue systainer and foam! ;)

• We will find a way to make a sale price available to the above FOG posters when have replenished stock  – expect ship dates to stretch a lot longer than any of us would like

• We will address the many customer service emails and voicemails one-at-a-time in the order received.

• We did not - and do not - hold off on making product available. If we have stock, it’s immediately available.

• Why are some items not on sale (i.e. TPG Adapter)? – Our 10% sale discount was aimed at products we had in enough inventory depth to make a sale meaningful. No point promoting a Sale you know you can’t support in any appreciable volume?

• Shipping cost: we do not mark-up shipping cost. We do not use lower cost hybrid UPS/Postal or FedEx/Postal in response to repeated customer complaints about spotty SurePost and SmartPost service.

• COMBO Discounts and availability to ship:  We understand your frustration – and we share it. This is more complex than we can explain in a short paragraph. A more sophisticated website functionality along with even larger inventory could reduce this frustration. Both require more resources. We would prefer to sell what you want when you want it.

We are a small company with a very dedicated team working to continue to improve with your help and feedback.

I also came looking to order another TPG adapter, Flipstop upgrades and maybe another set of Flipstops, but no stock  [sad].  It would be nice to be able to get another set of the "calibration memory" stop separately for the narrow guides.

Think the upgrade eliminates the need for another set in that it includes a stop collar for the short pin (but I could be wrong).

TSO, Thank you for responding to and understanding our comments.  Your customer service is of the type that I wish most companies would provide.  I look forward to completing my order when able to.

For the folks that have used the Parallel Guides which lengths do you recommend?  I see that the combo packages have the 20" lengths separate of the 30" and 50".  I don't mind getting all three lengths if its worth it.  Thanks for the help.
