Hi all

Axminster Tool Centre will be putting on a special show as part of the Axe Vale Festival to mark its 40th year of trading.

As well as Festool among the line-up of top demonstrators will be woodturners Stuart King and Nick Agar, carver Peter Berry and furniture makers Robert Ingham and Tom Kealy. Plus, the top power tool names - Bosch, Makita, and Fein - will be represented together with Axminster’s own tools and machinery and some of the BriMarc brands including Jet, Lamello and Proxxon. We are also delighted to announce that Lie-Nielsen from USA and Veritas of Canada will be at the show demonstrating their skills with their ranges of quality hand tools including the launch of the NEW Veritas 01 chisels.

We have joined up the with Axe Vale Festival to put on a great show of quality tools and machines. From mitre saws to lathes, hand saws to garden trowels we have tried to include something for everyone, even engineering which is our least outdoor activity! With lots of great demonstrations, we'd love to see you this weekend. The Axe Vale Festival is a great event for all the family and with our huge marquee with over 30 dedicated tool stands.

Hi All

The weather has forced the Axe Vale Festival team to regretfully cancel this year’s show. However, we have decided to continue on with our demonstrations and mini-show at the Axminster store in Devon and will be open on both Saturday (9am - 5pm) and Sunday (10am - 4pm).  All of the product demonstrations will be running and I feel sure that we will still have a great time in-store without getting wet and muddy! We are still really looking forward to seeing you. It's a FREE event with great offers and as much tea and coffee as you can drink! After 40 years of selling tools, it really is a shame that our special celebration plans have had to be changed at such short notice, but we feel sure there can be no better place to move it than to our Axminster store - the very home of where we started out!
