Hey folks,
I don't know if this is the most appropriate place for this post (feel free to move it, if necessary, Matt), but I would just like to point out that Bob Marino doesn't recognize the normal meaning of the term "customer service"; he blows it out of the water, writes a condolence note to its Mother, and then takes it to a whole other level.
Seriously outstanding and above and beyond the call.
I just placed my second order with him (the first one of any real significance) after my fifth or sixth conversation with him about various, piddly items and am just blown away by his offer to help me out and knowledge of the product.
Fan-damn-tastic! Thanks a million. (Literally, since it was for a C12 Drill!)
