Was wondering of a good source for up or downcut spiral bits in the standard ply sizes: 23/32, 15/32, 15/64.

The usual places from which I source router bits only seem to make that style bit in basic 3/4, 1/2 and 1/4 sizes.

All the major companies  sell the undersized ply bits. Just check amazon:
It is tougher to find the spirals, but they are not always necessary though I like them. I would not rule out these regular type bits.

I have used Porter Cable, Frued, CMT, Whiteside(some of my favorites). All work well. In the last few years I have found all the better companies bits are comparable so I mostly purchase on price now.

If you want to go second tire that's where you need to research.

Although not billed as undersized bits in the title(they are)these Infinty spiral linked below are some of the best cutting, producing the best fitting, dado I have ever used. Worth the cost for sure and I believe exactly what you are looking for:

I love down cut for the clean edge on the surface of the ply.

Freud, Amana, and Whiteside all make high quality industrial bits in undersized sizes..  I buy from Toolstoday and Routerbitworld.
