Hi Shane

Can you please confirm if these are the pre 2018 models for the ETS 150/3 "but" they include the multi Jetstream pads?  Also is there a difference between the mulit jetstream and mulit Jetstream 2 pads?  I assume yes but  a quick search with my friend Google did not give a clear answer.  Essentially I am trying to determine what really is the difference between the models on sale and the current 2018 models so I can make an informed decision.

Thanks for the questions. The only difference between these sanders and the current/2018 models is the number of holes in the pad. Multi-Jetstream 2 pads have more holes than these sanders' Multi-Jetstream (version 1) pads.

Multi-Jetstream 1 and 2 abrasives work with the new and old pads interchangeably.

Additionally, you can buy the newer Multi-Jetstream 2 pad and install it on these sanders.

Examples of the version 1 and 2 pads attached as images below.

[member=63201]RustE[/member], Festool did a rolling change on the dust port. There wasn't a change in product numbers. However, all ETS sanders we have in stock have been verified to have the locking port.

We still have the ETS EC 150/3 and ETS 150/3 in stock and discounted. I think it's worth mentioning that with the discounts, you could even purchase the new Multi-Jetstream 2 pad and still come out cheaper than buying the model with the MJ2 pad pre-installed, and you end up with two pads. Limited quantities left, and once they're gone, that's it.

A handful of hoses and cleaning sets left as well. If you want to have something similar to the new braided sleeve hoses, you could purchase the TechFlex that we sell for both 27mm and 36mm hoses.
