Using LR32 system with sleeves and pins for the shelf supports

I'm interested in the LR32 system to speed up my production process for adjustable shelving.  However my main client (wife/CFO) requires that I use sleeves in all my holes.  She just likes the look better.  I buy my shelf sleeves and supports from Lee Valley and the sleeves have a 5.5mm or 7'32" outer diameter.  Is there a high quality router bit I can find somewhere to use in my 1400 to get this to work?

Several bit makers offer 5.5 (7/32) bits. I like Whiteside bits and the Whiteside part number is SC218. I've never used this bit myself. Freud makes one as well as Onsrud.

Even if you used a 5-mm router bit, one could probably clean it up with a drill bit or reamer and stay on point with where it should be.
It would also allow 5-mm pins to work out where the inserts should go if you wanted to avoid using a bunch of them where the likely hood of those holes being used it low.

THanks for the replies.  Looks like there are plenty of 5.5mm router bits out there to make this work.

Now I need to figure out if I can use my $50 coupon from the Pro Sander for an LR 32 purchase.
