Using The Leavins

If ya saw the photos of my BBQ ya saw the Oak Beam Phil was using to demo the beam planer and chain mortiser. Well Phi asked me if I wanted the beam. I said sure. So I planed it down to roughly 3" thick so I could rip it in one pass on my CMS w/ the TS 75 in it. I used a panther blade and it cut through that oak like a hot knife through butter.

Here are photos of the beam  and the leaving after I got done ripping.
