A beautiful area for sure. Love the lake. Could see myself living here.

A great trip on my T-110 back in my carefree days. I met some friends up there and we took the boat trip to Ticonderoga.

Also, I went fishing for a few days on Lake Bomozene (sp?) just south of Lake George, long before my biking days.  We did not catch much, but i remember the mosquitoes tried to carry the three of us off, boat and all.  :

Beautiful Adirondacks - I have been fortunate to live here my whole life.
I recommend driving up to Blue Mountain Lake and visiting the Adirondack Museum awesome place and beautiful ride!

One always forgets how beautiful NY state is living close to NYC myself.

If u would cut away the city (and all the nonsense associated it with) it would even be a conservative state ...
