I just ordered a pair of Veritas Planing/Low Proifile Stops from Lee Valley.
Thinking out loud here. Would being able to buy separate a rail connector, rail connector and different rail lengths be useful? That way a person could have a set of varying lengths of low profile rails to use with the same pair of planing stop dogs. Perhaps the rail connector by itself could be used with other dogs with threaded holes like a small parf dog? Not sure if that is useful.
Also, in what ways are you using these low profile stops in your workshop?
