Thanks Kreg for sharing this and for costing me money!  i have seen this saw for awhile but after watching your video we had to buy it.  since we do carpentry at my company I went out and bought this saw the ts55 and the ts75 and the long rail and the parrell guides also.  it will save us time.  Love your videos also they are a real help, thanks again!

As usual, great video Kreg.  I do have a serious question though.  When you're using the parallel guides, do you square up the ends of your plywood first?  Or don't you have problems with it being out of square?

Not Kreg but here's my 2 cents.  The parallel guides only make parallel edges.  Squaring up the ends is a separate operation with a different setup, like the MFT or miter saw.

Thanks for the question and no I do not re square the sheet goods. I assume that they are square enough and usually are now after I cut my strips for sides etc then I square those up

Brice/Kreg - thanks for the reply.  Now that you say that, I'm thinking it probably is easier to square up the ends after you break the sheet down.

what is with the gap in the guide rail.
at first i thought it was 2 rail joined together
did you have an accident or is that intensional. do you notice any cut quality issues because of it

I don't know as there is no gap all 1 long rail.
