This note is about the Festool-supplied manual, not Jerry Work's.
When I got my VS600, the manual included in the box was misprinted; all the language sections were mixed together (first a page of English, then a page of French, then a page of Greek, ...). It wasn't just miscollated, and so you couldn't just reassemble it to sort it out.
No problem, I thought, I'll download a corrected manual from Festool USA. Wrong. The PDF file on the website was exactly the same.
I just discovered that Festool has addressed this problem and put up a PDF consisting of only the English pages.
