WCR 1000 Workcenter Compatability

I have two CT Mini dust collectors I use on the job site.  I'm thinking I'd like to add a WCR 1000 Workcenter to one of them, but I understand the WCR 1000 is not compatible with a CT Mini.  However is there any way to make to work?  Is there any particular reason why it was made to not be compatible?  I would consider making a custom adapter to make it work.

it really comes down to size, the mini/midi hose garage is smaller in size than that of lets say the CT 26 and as such the mounting will not work, There has been adapters made on this forum that have worked.

Thanks for the welcome.  I have lurked off and on for years, and thought I had registered, but it must have been under an old email.

I did some searches, but did not come up with anything, so if anyone knows the thread showing the solution, I will check it out.

I assume the smaller size of the mini/midi would be less stable so that's could be why the WRC isn't made to work.  I don't remember the all of the particulars, I believe the connection between the WRC mini is somewhat loose.  I recall thinking it would be possible with shims to make it fit tight on the mini/midi.

I have a WCR 1000. I found that when its loaded with tools it becomes heavy ad the CT 26 is harder to move around the shop. Makes it ackward actually.

What i plan on doing is either buy or shop make a MFH 1000 stool to mount the WCR to. That way I can load it up with tools and oll it to my MFT and not have to deal with a overloaded heavy CT
