What are the FS-WA/90 threaded holes for?

I’ve seen the alternative product (https://youtu.be/RlckrVnUp1Y), and there was a small fixer/holder (?) that aligned the rail square levelled with the material surface. Nice jig btw.

I have the FS-WA/90, but there’s no such thing. However, the four threaded holes could be possibly used for this purpose.

Does anybody know what are the holes originally for?

The FS-WA/90 is licensed by TSO Products.  The four threaded holes in the sides are used to attach the TSO guide rails.

I am planning to use one of the hole on the Festool guide square rail to add similar lock like this.
