There is no 7 minute mark in a video that is less than one minute long and is set to auto-replay.

It does help bump up the view count I guess.

Somewhat surprisingly eBay US has a few Matsui at reasonable prices, relative to Dieter Schmid. The Pico tempts me, I use a similar China made SS gauge for metalworking and WP's Paolini rules for wood. The only drawback to the Paolini is the narrow reference face compared to Matsui.

Either way you'll soon wonder how you got by without one.
