So I know I want to buy a Festool Midi extractor. So they are £300 I have a voucher so I might as well add to it and make the most of it. But what else should I consider?

I've got:

CXS
OF 1400
TS55
And a Domino 500

Not sure anything else is jumping out as a must have. Except the Kapex but not sure I can justify the cost.

I am thinking Sander or Jigsaw. I have a Bosch PEX 400 ROS but I don't know if it's good as I've not got anything to compare it to. One thing though, it doesn't like Abranet sanding discs.

I think an RO125 would fit in perfectly. I love mine it's my go to Sander

Not sure how the cost works with your voucher

I have a second voucher (being funded by clear out of old power tools) I would like to buy the 26e extractor but you have to buy at least £500 in a power tool ,any ideas?

Not sure what else you've got Griffs, but one of their cheapest tools is the CXS and I LOVE mine. I use it all the time. It's just perfect for so many things when you don't want to drive decking screws in.

I bought the Rotex 125 and CTL Midi. I think that's me done with Festool machines for a while!

Good decision the ro125 is a nice sander you will not regret it

I hope you're right. I also hope it work well with the Abranet sanding discs.

The CTL Midi seemed to be a good price and they were throwing in the cleaning set and systainer so I was pretty pleased with that.

Anyone used the Rotex for polishing car panels?
