Hey all, thanks for having me to the FOG. I am looking to get the ETS ec 150/5 + CT-36 + dust deputy and want to know who is willing to offer up, nicely, info on where to purchase this package, or separate items at the best deal? I can go online or in store. Thanks ahead of time.

I would go to Tool Nut. They offer 10% off on the vac when purchased with the sander (as do all US dealers), and they also carry the dust Deputy

Welcome to the FOG! [welcome]

Festool requires all dealers to sell at the list price, you won't find "deals" on new Festool tools other than 10% off the extractor or MFT/3 when you buy a power tool at full price.  What you are looking for is a dealer that you like!  You will find many of them mentioned here, pick one that makes sense for you.  I've had nothing but great experience with every Festool dealer I've bought from. (I tend to buy from who ever is convenient at the moment.)

eBay will get you the lowest price if you're patient and don't mind a used tool.

Festool is a brand that has eliminated price shopping.

Welcome to the FOG. If you're buying new everyone has the same prices. That means you're getting a 3 year warranty. Amazon works if you have Prime, but sales tax is added. No Prime you also pay shipping. Major online dealers will have free shipping and no sales tax depending on your location. You can try E Bay, but it takes a lot of patience to find a good unit at a reasonable price. Warranties can be an issue. Check out the FOG classified section. If you have a dealer nearby definitely check them out. There is nothing like hands on service. One other thing about shipping, what is the condition of the unit you ordered when it arrives at your house. If you have to return to sender for a replacement or two you might have saved money but you have wasted time. Bob Marino has been my major supplier. I could always count on filling my recycle bin after receiving an order. Just make sure you know what the retail price is before you buy anything.
