Because, when you want to do cladding in cedar really quick and easy... OK, before and after are not quite right.. but I've had beer and cannot re-arrange !

PDT,

You could just edit the titles, but that would take all the fun out, wouldn't it?

I've got a 3.0 and a 2.4, the 2.4 fits perfectly (diagonally) in my shell. Don't like to splice the shortys if I can avoid it, and I can.

Have to say the out fit works great until you get to the end(s)... Then the Fein multimaster takes pride of place - screw those high blade prices - they just solve the problem !

I got some wide blades off eBay recently for mine and they are pretty good keep an eye out for "Shark blades" about half the price of the original ones.

The one I use (Wood not Wood/Metal) was original and still in the box I bought !! I know they are bloody expensive, but when you use them, nothing else will do and they save time & money...

Our local tool place had a Fein rep their last week... I had a right go at him about £10 a blade... And we think FESTOOL are expensive !

What did he say ???

I had the semi circular blade replaced F O C twice as it shattered twice and I thought that wasnt very good considering its about £30 a time  [eek].

He scuffed the floor and mumbled and spoke about quality... I said it was a load of bo**ocks. His eyes told me he agreed with me, but could not say...

However, when you do use them, they usually pay for themselfs - as long as your sensible with when you use them !

Last time I checked my gozinta box, 9.5 meters = 31' 2".

Which goes to show having a beer and working with power tools or posting on computer based thingies don't mix all that well! ;D
One is slightly less dangerous.... [laughing] [laughing]
