Why is Festool packaging so bad?

All my stuff from Bob was shipped very well!

I bought a 3meter rail, it gets shipped from Festool and was packed very well.  The biggest issue is dealing with it coming on a freight truck.  Makes you appreciate the world of USPS, UPS, Fedex.  To think it's not that long ago everything came some manner of freight, ugh.

Sounds like I need to pick and choose my supplier a little more carefully. My 2nd OF 1400 turned up, and it's in better condition but the tray is broken again!
