Why is getting a spare part so difficult?

though I havent needed anything in quite a while, when I needed something I just called them up. I told them what I wanted they found it and I paid over the phone and it was sent to me.

I for one can confirm that is purely an intentional decision, the eKat web app is literally an eshop backend ...
