Window shutters

Well I have made them now I am fitting them. One more day should see them finished. These have had me scratching my head, never done shutters before let alone that they have to fold into a box. Getting the boxes fitted correctly then getting the shoot bolts located right was a mission.

Why did the customer want them to pack in a box? So they could hide them away?

I would have thought getting the hinge combination right so they can fold up properly would have been more difficult. What hinges did you use there?

Yes he wanted to hide them when open.
 
Sorry Tim, forgot to answer question about hinges. They are face fixed brass butterfly hinges.
