Yesterday I received a UPS shipping notification that informed me I will be receiving my WoodPecker Precision Framing Squares set (metric for me), tomorrow by end of day!

These were not originally scheduled to ship until the end of March, so I am extremely excited!

Congrats, i´ve just ordered the 300mm square and today, when i come home, i think it is already there.

Mine came a week or two ago. That sucker is much heavier than I thought it would be!

Those steel dowels for aligning the plates are not present in my older version.  Those little hex screws CAN loosen and when they do.....  brother.  You'll have a devil of a time realigning the plates as perfectly as they need to be.

Just dashed out to look at mine; received delivery of my squares about 18+ months ago. 
Two dowels per handle.  Never thought about checking screws for tightness - my bad really - as would normally check such things routinely.  Will check anyway later on. 

Has me wonder how long had yours, and, if otherwise happy with them? 
I do like my Woodpecker stuff.  Bit of a vanity buy wrt value for money - but reassuring to have them available. 
Do not rely on the scale markings, on squares, for accuracy - just use to mark up slightly beyond wanted point.
