Workshop boom arm

Having been a over analyser/ procrastinater I've come to conclusion no one builds anything perfect the first time. So with that in mind here's my MK1 boom arm.




The pine bed slats that I made it from have twist reason being the pond hose is way to heavy. [embarassed]
Otherwise it works brilliant. [thumbs up]

I'm thinking of an 'I' beam design next time with super light hose.

nothing wrong wih that. an i beam construction would help with the twisting.

Alex the boom arm is awesome and an I Beam setup will help it for sure I bet. Can't get over the work bench/pool table combo

Nice boom arm and Work/Pool Table Combo.

I guess the pool table puts a damper on having holes for Qwas dogs.

I started out the same way. Then I went the whole way..

I can't imagine how I fought with the hose around the floor before putting it in the ceiling.
