Yikes!!
Just received my first upgraded Festool antistatic hose and I think there is a mistake. The Amazon website clearly states that the ends of the hose can be hooked together to prevent loss of dust during transport (and two of these type hoses can be linked together.) The two ends of my new hose cannot be connected.
The reducing connector on my hose does not match the the photo of the hose that Amazon and other seller use It looks like my hose has a Festool 500670 Reducing sleeve attached.

Note the different mid portion of the reducing adapter! Could I ask someone to check their new version D 36 hose and confirm this?
