  I have a good sized project I could really use a Dowelmax and I was hopping to fine a lightly used or almost new one in the woodworking community.  If you have one you would like to turn into cash please email the condition, accessory's, asking price and a picture to rmilbach@hotmail.com

I really like my Dowelmax.  It's very accurate and although not as speedy as the Domino, it's still pretty quick.  It's also a third of the cost of the Domino and for most hobbiests, it makes a pretty good alternative. 
 
I have both the Domino machine and the DowelMax. If I want as precise as possible edge joining for a flat top I use the DowelMax. Love this tool and it's precision. Not as fast but has some advantages.
