Help out a cohousing community
Hello. I'm building a community workshop for my cohousing group and we're looking for a multipurpose sander. From the sounds of it, the Rotex is going to fit the bill quite nicely. It will be used for stripping paint, restoring trim, finishing cabinets and furniture. Would love to find a used sander and accessories at a good price. We have six cottages that we're restoring and need to get the right tools onsite. Being all first-time homeowners, we're learning a lot and how much we can save by becoming responsible DIY'ers.
Let us put your tool to good use
If you can help us out, please make an offer. I know there are lots of these sanders out there, some are older models, just collecting dust. I scraped up enough for a CT 22, but its been sitting around waiting for a sander to pull from the other end.

I'm going to put this out there as well, cuz one never knows. I'm a web producer and designer. If you've got a business that needs either a simple or robust website, we can do a little barter/negotiating. I'm happy to pay but would love to bring costs down by working off my tools with meaningful work helping people thrive in their businesses.
