WTB: Plug it cables

I've noticed that there are at least two connector patterns, presumably to match wattage with the right cable.  For example, I cannot use the cord for my OF1400 router with my ET 150 sander.

Odd that your OF1400 cord doesn't work on your sander....direct quote from the Festool USA FAQ database:

Question:
Are the Festool plug-it cords interchangeable?

Answer:
There are two types of plug-it cords.

The lighter 18 gauge plug-it cord works with most of the sanders but will not work with the saw, router or planer. It has a keyway which prevents it from being used with these tools.

The heavier 16 gauge plug-it cord that comes with the saws and routers will fit all of the tools. If the plug-it cord fits, it is safe to use. Do not attempt to modify a plug-it cord to make it fit.

16 gauge cords are normally used on a boom arm so it fits all the plug-it compatible tools.

Could be your 1400 shipped with the wrong cord.  There should be a 16 gauge with the OF1400 and an 18 gauge with the RO 150.

You're right, Jim.  I got it backwards.
