Per other members suggestions, I contacted Woodpeckers but they don't have any more left on hand or enough parts to put together the full set for me.

For those looking at this post and trying to find One-Time-Tools...contact Woodpeckers! A real human(gasp!) answers the phone and it's a pleasure speaking with them.  Sometimes they have cancelled orders or enough parts to put together a set of something for you.  Unfortunately for me, they did not.
