Xtract Mesh Paper on Rotex

Ordered up some 3M Cubitron Xtract paper after seeing recommendations. When it arrived, I'm noticing it says on the box not to use it on rotary sanders. Has anyone used it on their rotex? Any ill effects? Not sure why it isn't recommended. I bought more than I'll ever use in ROS mode so I'm trying to decide whether to return it.

The rotex is not really a true rotary sander. That would be the ras115. Totally different.

Should be no reason to worry about it on ROS mode. In rotary mode, I would think you'd be using pretty agressive abrasives because that mode is really for shaping wood. Just use "regular" coarse abrasives for that and switch to the nice 3M stuff for the finishing. ROS work.
