Certainly not a huge gripe but aggravating non-the-less.
I have the SysLite KAL II and two HK rail bags. The Syslite and one of the HK bags see nearly daily use. Soon after I began using them the little rubber zipper pull tore off the SysLite and HK bag zippers. I am now left with a little nub of a pull to grasp with my gloved hands to open the bags. Surely Festool is aware of this seeing as how this was brought up on the FOG in 2014.! Why then has the zipper pull not been replaced?
Yes, I know I can replace it my self but with the prices we pay for the gear I would expect a small detail like the zipper pull to be something I would not have to fix myself.
End of rant, we can now return to our regularly scheduled programming! ;D
