I found this on Ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150313377751&ssPageName=ADME:B:EF:US:1123
It's an amazing deal.  By my estimate, there are at least $3500.00 worth of cutters there.
They are Freeborn cutters for a shaper with a 1 1/4" spindle.

I had planned on purchasing these myself, but something came up and I had to back out of the purchase.  I told the seller that I would try to help her out by posting it where I could.

A couple of comments...

I think the would do better to try to sell the cutters individually... I have about 25-30 delta/freeborn 3/4 bore cutters that I tried to sell as a group on ebay last year and even at $25 a cutter I got no bids.  I think the problem is that people don't want to buy any cutters that they feel they don't need. People just don't seem to want to part with that big chunk of cash very easily, especially these days and times...

Second, I think they are expecting to get too much for the cutters unless they are willing to sell them individually and wait a while for them all to sell.  I just bought  a couple cutters last week on ebay and only paid about 10 cents on the dollar for them.  Now they were used, but looked to be very lightly used.  Of the 1 1/4 inch bore cutters I have bought in the last couple years on ebay I would say that I probably paid an average of about 25-30 cents on the dollar compared to retail prices.  You have to keep in mind that nobody should be paying retail for these cutters as most dealers discount them about 20-30 percent when new.

Third, I need to get going  and relist some of the 3/4 cutters I have and raise some more money for more FESTOOL!!!!!

Just my 2 pesos worth....
Todd

Hi Todd,
What do you have in 3/4" bore cutters? I'm always looking to add to the collection.
Thanks
Dave
