14" or 16" drawer glides for custom sysports?

So I need to make a few sysports and probably a cabinet for under my mft.  I think I have a good majority of the particulars figured out, but I see some people using 14" full ext. will those fit? What do u guys recomend. I'm going to use the kv push to rebound slides (made up my mind on that) http://www.cshardware.com/gs-4260-16.html I'm just looking for some advice on the size issue.

Additionally I found the wheels like they use on many festool products for a good price at http://jwwinco.com I'm using these I think. 75G LPA-TPA-FI and 75G LPA-TPA  They are blinkle brand and 12.76 ea for locking and 9.18 non locking. The around 20 a piece on Amazon and they offer free shipping over $50.  These are the 3" version, any comments, I guess I could use the 4 inch version?

For a little under 50 buck for set, and the "festool" used casters, this seems the way to go.

Both the above mentioned are swivel,  thank you for your input on the caster size.  I'm not going to place my order until Monday probably, so I may take your advice. Have a few days to think about it.  Also if anyone is curious what the 4 inch caster model number is, just replace the 75 with 100.  Other than being a plate caster they are identical to the ones used on the Syscart and sysport

I purchased some nice 4 inch casters on eBay at $6.99 for a two pack.  They swivel and have a 250 pound rating. 

The ones with brakes are listed here and the ones without brakes are a little cheaper and listed here.

I've been using 14" sliders. Truthfully, I haven't tried the 16" but the 14" work fine for me.

I bought 16" full extension drawer slides from Rockler for my two Sustainer storage systems. Expensive, but well built and not too fussy to install.

I"m not sure where you are located in the US (maybe your further east?) or how you calculated your price on the eBay casters I mentioned earlier, but if you were to purchase 2 pairs or 4 of the 4 inch style with the brake, the shipping to where I am in Ohio was $11.99 plus $2.50 (each additional pair) or $14.49 and the total cost with shipping comes out to $28.47 for four casters with brakes or approximately $7.11 each shipped. That's a lot less that the $12.74 each cost of the casters you mentioned even with free shipping.

I also bought a larger quantity (6 pairs) and I ended up paying closer to $5.50 per caster shipped because the additional shipping wasn't as much.  I thought that was a pretty good price for 250 pound rated casters with brakes.  Even if I don't end up building any sysports, I know they'll come in handy for other uses around the shop.

Whichever casters you end up with, please share your build as it progresses.  We like pictures!

I made my sysport a few inches deeper than the systainers and used 3/4 extension slides (I think they were 20").  They pull out far enough that the systainers will open past 90 degrees, and I have enough space behind the systainers that I can store things I don't need to get at as easy such as boxes of sandpaper, accessories, etc.

My sysport is about 6' tall, so the extra depth made it more stable, gave me extra storage, and let me use less expensive 3/4 extension slides while still allowing the systainers to open without removing them from the drawer.
