18v 2.6ah battery in tsc 55?

Hey guys, looking at getting a festool psc 420 18v jigsaw and it comes with 1 2.6ah battery. Will this battery fit the new tsc 55?

The one I just bought won't run off my 2.6 batteries, fresh off the charger.

A new Carvex Li version should contain a 5.2 Ah battery otherwise it's old stock.
When also using it in the TSC you better order a Carvex with the 5.2 Ah version.

Yeah, sounds like super old stock with a 2.6ah battery
(it won't be the new smaller 2.6 18v battery but a very old 2.6ah battery that existed before festool had even made 3ah batteries)

The new 2.6ah batteries will not run the TSC 55. I have two of them and they won't run the TSC even when both are in at the same time.

My 2.6 batteries are used in the TSC ,HKC ,drills and Carvex all the time

It'll run on 12v batteries but not the new small 2.6ah 18v??

I'm possibly gonna buy the HKC shortly and the post above has me a little concerned as I have several of the 2.6ah batteries.

To give a little clarification on this one: The TSC will run with a 2.6 AH battery but only in combination with a 5.2AH battery. You have to make sure though that the 5.2 Ah battery is at the bottom and the 2.6AH battery is on the top.
