I saw a video of one of his boats he has at another of his homes, it has 5-450 horsepower engines on it.

That reminds me of the trend that Texas Homeland Security started about 10 years ago.

Of course that was then and this is now... [tongue]

Third picture is the boat he has.

Tom, did you do all the casework in the house?

Outstanding work.

Ron

Every single piece.

We also made up the stainless steel pilasters between the refrigerators and the island with the black cross bucks.

Tom,

First of all, I hope we can meet up again, and this time dinner is on me!.

Unbelievable work!

Are you using the Festool system and track saw and rails most of the time?

Thank you for the kind words. Credit goes to my employees, they have learned well and understand that the better we do the better they do.

All of the sheet goods are processed with TS-55’s using the TSO PG’s and GRS’s. In an average month we’ll process 450-500 sheets.

A shaper is used for edge work on the sheets, be it tongues or lock miters.

Solid lumber I am having processed off site. I don’t have the power supply or the room necessary for a multi head machine. Processing was way to time consuming with track saw, table saw, jointer, planer, molder, sander.

Doors and drawer faces we make about 50% of them. Drawer boxes we make 95% of them. Once I get another space and if I can find the help I’ll move these to 100% in house. These can really screw up a schedule if the supplier has an issue.

All finishing is done in house. I just hired my first female employee, I hope she can learn the finishing process. She wouldn’t be the first young lady I’ve trained to do finishes. Currently I’m doing 95% of the finishing, makes for long evenings and weekends.

Thanks Hans. Your system helps make all of this possible.

I like  how  the RSJ  girder  beams  are  exposed  and  on display.
An exceptional  property no doubt.
