Wow is this thing hard to find. Went to a Auto Paint supply shop here in Markham, a large 3M retailer, and they are having a difficult time getting their hands on Adapter #18 for the Fuji T70 gun. They have everything else I need except for the adapter. It's been over 2 weeks now and 3M keeps telling them that it is a special order and that it could take longer. If it wasn't for the exchange rate, duties and taxes I would order this from the US. This is becoming very frustrating.

My rant for the day.

Why dont you order one from wood essence, be there in a day.

In hind sight, I should have done that. The 3M dealer in Markham is $40.00 cheaper for the adapter, cup and liners, no shipping cost and they are local ( 5 minute drive ). They carry everything but this adapter. The adapters they have are only for guns used in the auto spray paint business.

I finally found one. Sherwin Williams Auto paint store had one in stock. After calling several dozen 3M suppliers, they were the only one that had it.
Now I can play with my new toy.

Cheers,
JC

Are you going to feed the PPS like in the picture(Gxpc) below?

Hi Bill,

Thought of doing something similar but decided not too as the Q5 provides me with enough air when going through the gun to the PPS cup. I actually reduce the amount of air.
