finding when i bore for tenons vac is not clearing all the dust .seems to take alot to clean them .i am using the vac to suck it out afterwards but this is surprisingly not 100% . am i missing something ,anybody have any tricks .i do not really want to brush and vac every hole,a step i would like to avoid .

Dust remaining in the mortice is normal with the 700. I just tip it over and tap. No need for vacuum in my eperience. This has worked even with wet treated lumber.

I think this is only the case when plunging the full 70mm.  I also just tip the wood over & the dust falls out.  I always take the air line & blow all the mortice's clear before I glue anyway.

As was already stated, you shouldn't see this except when plunging at the deepest setting, 70mm. Even then, remember that the mortise is 2-3mm deeper than the tenon is long. So, there's some room to spare. But the flip and tap works for me too.

Like the others, I usually only see it on deep plunges.  When I did some mock-up with MDF, I found it left more dust that real wood, but then I discovered I bricked my CT-22 (but it still cleared the mortises!)

On the deep plunges, the tip/tap works, but instead I'd pull back from the plunge about halfway then plunge again to get any loose bits into the airflow.  That worked well even on the MDF.

This is normal for the DF700. Either tap the stock with the mortice downwards or use you extractor. The problem is worst if you are cutting pine or other reson rich (or high mositure) wood.

Take a look at some of the DF700 videos and you will see me (and others) tapping out the dust - I do mention it in one of them.
