The 90 degree clamp (actually 5 or 6 of them) will hold 2 cabinet pieces at a right angle and keeps everything square - I use all 6 of these every time anything (big) is assembled. Really easy to make 6 in an hour or two and I find them incredibly useful...

When required I take them with me to site as well with a SYS full of clamps.

Did I CNC them?

No. It's made with a 15" dead-square square cut on the MFT. Both the 45 degree angles were done using dogs, the arches where the clamps go were done with a Carvex and it's all held together with pocket hole screws.

Great idea. Will need to make some for myself. Also, one could be used to square up the mft rail.

I absolutely love these! I never would have thought of this. Going to make some asap thanks.

Are the 2x4s a permanent part of the internal square or are they just attached in different sizes as needed?  Thanks.
