I know it's late in the game, but I would to wish a belated (sorry) Happy Chanukah to all the FOG's Jewish lurkers and members.

All my best.

Bob,

Thanks.  Not many of us out here in Colorado, not like when I lived in New Jersey.

Welcome, Neill. What part of Jersey? Spent the first 35 or so years living in Brooklyn - Bensonhurst and Marine Park.

Bob,

I have lived here in Colorado for the last 7 1/2 years.  For the 20 years before that I lived in East Windsor, NJ.  Moved out here to be with my kids & grandkids.  Sure miss NJ though.  Miss my golfing buddies and trips to LBI.

Sure don't miss the real estate taxes.  In NJ I was paying about $6,200 a year in 2002.  About the same value house I am paying $2,700 seven years later here.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and your family.
