Folks,

I have one more question about RO 90 - can you use some sheepskin sanding sponge like is used on RO 150? I have not seen this type of buffer anywhere for RO90... May be it does exit I just couldn't find it

Festool sells both regular and premium sheepskins for the RO 90.

The RO90 plate is 90 mm, the pad in your link is 80 mm - would that work?

The polishing pad is about 70mm, which is smaller than the polishing sponges, felts, and sheepskins. The latter are about 80mm.

A Ro90 is not the sander of choice for a 100 sq ft floor. It would take ages. A Ro150 would be more suitable for this size. But if the floor gets bigger than this, even a 150 is no fun anymore.

I would use this at the very least! Not even my ro150. Rent an edger and save yourself time and money!

Sadly I'm still waiting for half of my Granat abrasives and extended delta pad.  I thought part of point of us having to wait in the US was to have ample product available at product launch.  That didn't happen and it's starting to get frustrating.... [mad]

I am. Out of paper and have been waiting for my local woodcraft to get it in as well as the extended pad.

It is dissapointing! All the while fighting of the little voice in my head.  "mirka ceros" "mirka ceros"

Plenty of abranet. No granat. No accessories.
