Second Entry. Originally it was going to be my first entry, but I put it aside and made Chips and Dust (already entered).  Finished this morning with the 'glass' shot. Again an IPad based production.

Had a third video based on RO150, but will see if that gets in on time?

I did my entry earlier today and was my first time using the iPad and iMovie.  Is iMovie what you use for editing?  If that is what you use, could you tell me how to add writing during the editing process.  I wasn't able to figure it out.  If you are using something else for editing, could you let me know and whether it is easy to learn?

Thanks
Bryan

I believe he used iMovie.  Here is a link that I though may have not been relevant - but if you are putting together different clips then it should be relevant:

Thanks Peter.

I just tried it with my wife's iPad.  If you split your movie into clips it can be applied to the individual clip.

Good Luck.

Hi,

Peter is on the right track.

1. Split section to be titled and tap new clip to be titled.

2. Press Title 'T' at bottom right.

3. Then press title box also at bottom right, and you will see a range of styles.

4. Select style, tap,  undo 'Place Text Here' and type your title.

Be warned some styles such as the one with dropping letters do not transfer well to UTUBE. Also desolving  edits do not always  work well between still photo and motion clips also after UTube Upload.

Have fun with it, remember its digital so you can reasonably experiment in editing. There is also an undo arrow above and to right of your placed movie clip.

Peter, I see you reinserted the movie. Thanks for doing that. I had checked the link, do you know what went wrong?

Generally I have found that the youtube share links do not play well with our embedding.  I have found the most reliable way is to click to watch the movie and the copy whet is in the browser bar.  I did the share link for yours and the result was the same as your original. I redid and viola!

Great video!
