Deer Mister Festool,
I saw a few post a week or two ago were there was mention of something called "tool points" that are associated with each tool Festool sells... Someone mentioned that this is something that is used in some countries oversees but is not really used here in NA... So, I have a suggestion for Festool USA and how they might use this point system in America...
I am betting there is going to be a good deal of pent up demand for the Kapex and some of the other new tools that were recently announced... My suggestion is that as a "reward" for those of us who have been (shall we say) the most "prolific" customers, that some how Festool gives these customers "early access" to the latest tools... To put it more specifically, instead of waiting until every dealer in the US has sufficient quantities to meet the demand, how about making a limited number of these tools available as "advanced copies" to a certain few lucky ones...
